Co-Director Melody’s theoretical style is a blend of systems theory, depth psychology, positive psychology, Barbara Brennan Healing Science, mind-body consciousness and Systemic Constellations. She is a master's level clinician in counseling. Her Ph.D. research is focused on the correlation between epigenetics and family therapy. Melody works with families and individuals seeking life change in her private practice and supervises LPC-interns who are seeking a career in mental health. |
Betsy Hostetler, Ph.D. , Washington, D.C.
Co-Director Using a systems approach, Betsy helps leaders get the results they want. She has led training and organizational development departments in academia and healthcare for three decades, facilitating groundbreaking leadership development and culture change efforts. She now consults in the health care, federal and not-for-profit sectors. She is published on leadership, organizational constellations and diversity. A graduate of Hellinger Institute of DC, she has trained with leaders in family and organizational constellations from the United States, Germany and the Netherlands. As a founding member of The Constellations Group in Washington D.C., she has co-led constellation workshops for more than 12 years at National Integrated Health Associates. |
Karen Carnabucci, LCSW, TEP, Lancaster, Pennsylvania
Marketing Team Chair Karen is a nationally board-certified psychodrama trainer and certified constellations facilitator and trainer in private practice in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She has presented at many regional,, state and national conferences, including the 2011 and 2015 constellations conferences. She is the author of Integrating Psychodrama and Systemic Constellation Work: New Directions for Action Methods, Mind-Body Therapies and Energy Healing and other books about alternative psychotherapies and methods. |
Chuck Cogliandro, Decatur, GA
Team Leader for Sacred Space Committee Chuck and his wife, Kelly, are facilitators of Family Constellations in Decatur, GA, U.S. They trained together in Jamy and Peter Faust’s three-year Constellation Approach and have been leading groups in the southeast US and internationally since 2011. Chuck is a also a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School and has been practicing energy healing since 2003. He has a degree in electrical engineering, and has been immersed in the percussion music and culture of West Africa for 25 years as a performer, instructor, recording artist and drum carver. Chuck offers group process, rhythm + movement + chant, and ceremony to help people create peace and fulfillment. |

Registration Team Chair Susan is a Registered Clinical Nurse Supervisor and Energy Medicine Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and studied The Constellation Approach with Jamy and Peter Faust. She has a healing practice in north Florida where she combines her Indigo Biofeedback practice with her hands-on skills and Systemic Constellations, seeing private clients and facilitating workshops. Venue Team Chair Michaelene is holistic psychologist and family constellation facilitator. She earned her doctoral degree from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology in Humanistic and Clinical Psychology where her passion and research included "Clients’ Experiences of Family Constellations in Psychological Healing." She has been facilitating The Constellation Approach™ for more than five years in her private practice with individuals and in group settings and is co-owner of The Tree of Life Holistic Center in Farmington, MI. |
Harrison Snow, MBA, Washington, D.C.
Programming Team Chair Harrison designs and facilitates programs in team building, strategic planning, leadership development and change management. He uses a variety of approaches to build strong, mutually supportive teams and develop leaders including Systemic Constellations. Since 1987 He has been conducting organizational and leadership development programs for clients such World Bank, the U.S. Department of State and the Agency for International Development in more than 26 countries around the world. He also leads in-house and open enrollment train-the-facilitator programs for new and experienced facilitators. Harrison has an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. His most recent book, Confessions of a Corporate Shaman; Healing the Organizational Soul, is published by Regent Press. |
